The participating individuals are motivated to learn new techniques in dentistry and to improve their diagnostic and clinical skills. Every year we have several brain storming clinical sessions discussing anything from simple to difficult cases. We discuss both our successes and our failures since both teach us valuable lessons. These clinical sessions are free from any commercial sponsorship and therefore are not biased by commercial conflicts of interest. The interactions between the restorative, endodontic, orthodontic and surgical specialties results in professional interdisciplinary interaction that you just can't get by going to a lecture presentation.
